The abundant beauty of nature holds deep wisdom that can be applied to every day challenges and opportunities. Our Cree, Stoney, Metis and Dene facilitators share traditional and contemporary knowledge from the unique relationship with the lands and waters that have sustained their respective peoples for millennia. 

Coming soon! A monthly sharing and healing circle, open to all participants. A powerful modality that helps clear individual energy and build momentum towards growth, healing and wholistic  expansion. 

These fireside sharing circles help bring indigenous and multicultural communities together - with shared wisdom, music, food and story! Dates and locations to be announced - coinciding with the Solstices and Equinoxes. 

Our community resource team will work with individuals, families or your organization to work through challenges associated with grief and loss. Our team is comprised of licensed counsellors, certified coaches as well as ceremonial practitioners and knowledge holders from across Turtle Island 

Introduction to indigenous cultural practices and values using the "mikawap" or tipi structure as a foundational learning tool; with a deeper dive into wholistic practice, global spiritual and universal philosophical understandings.
